Shipment & Costs

Delivery Method

Our products are shipped via standard delivery.

Orders must be received by 12:00 PM CET

Your order must be received by us by 12:00 PM CET, including payment authorisation, otherwise it will be processed on the next working day.

Working Days

Orders are shipped on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the European Union.

Shipping Costs

Within the European Union: Free shipping on orders of €275 or more. For orders under €275, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Outside the European Union (Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, Iceland): Shipping costs always apply, regardless of order value. These costs are automatically calculated at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Please note: Our shipping costs for deliveries OUTSIDE EUROPE always exclude customs clearance fees and import duties! Upon arrival in your country, additional costs will be charged, namely customs clearance fees and import duties. You must pay these costs to the carrier before delivery takes place. It is your responsibility to pay these costs.

Restrictions

You cannot place orders online with a delivery address outside the European Union. Also excluded from online orders are deliveries to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, the islands of Suduroy and Skuvoy, the Orkney Islands, the Channel Islands, Shetland Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Guernsey, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Martinique, French Polynesia, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Tracking an Order

In our warehouse, a tracking number, if applicable, is assigned to your order immediately. You will be notified when your package leaves our warehouse. However, it may take up to 48 hours for the package to be visible in the courier's tracking system. Even if your package has already been shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the courier may not provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.

For smaller products shipped as letter post, no tracking number will be assigned to your order. You will receive notification when it is shipped, but these shipments cannot be tracked.

Finding Order Status

The status of your order is easy to find.

    • You must enter an email address at checkout so you can receive emails about the status of your order.
  • Visit our website
    • You can log in at any time on ZUCA-EUROPE for your order history. Information about your pending orders, follow-up orders and previous orders is available.
