Shipment method

Our products are shipped through Standard delivery service.
 

Delivery times

Your order must be in before 12.00 and have a clear payment authorization to be shipped on the same day.
 
Depending on the country of destination, your order is delivered within 1-5 business days. Business days are Mondays – Fridays, with the exception of holidays.
 

Costs 

The shipping costs are based on the value of the total order. The total shipping costs are calculated automatically during the payment process, prior to completion of your order.

Restrictions

You cannot place orders on-line with a delivery address outside the European Union. Also excluded from on-line orders are deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. If you still wish to order products and have them delivered in one of the mentioned areas, please contact our customer services through customerservice@zuca-europe.com
 

Tracking an order 

In our warehouse a tracking number is immediately attributed, if applicable, to your order. You are informed of this when your parcel has left our warehouse. It may take for up to 48 hours, however, before the parcel is visible in the tracking system of the courier. Even if your parcel has already been sent from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the courier can possibly not provide any information about your parcel for 48 hours.
 
In case of smaller products which are shipped with letter service, no tracking number will be attributed to your order. You will receive notice when it is sent, but you will not be able to track the shipments.

The status of your order is easy to find.
