Within 14 days after receipt of your order you can reconsider and simply return the item.
All ordered products have a reflection period of 14 days. After revocation you still have 14 days to send back the products.
You can request a return shipment through your account. If you have placed an order as a guest, you must first register with the same e-mail address in order to transform your guest account into a client account.
You will be taken to a page where recent orders can be viewed. Then click on “view” next to the order you wish to return items for.
You will be taken to an overview of the relevant order. Here you can click, at the bottom right corner, on the button ‘return items’ to create the return shipment, after you fill out the requested fields.
After registration of your return, you can send back the product to us:

Returns are at your own expense.
You are refunded for the entire purchase amount within 14 days after we have received the goods back.
All products are supplied including full manufacturer’s warranty.

You can also make use of the European model form for revocation to communicate to us that you wish to revoke the purchase. Use of this form is not obligatory, however. You can download the form here.
Attention: customized and therefore personalized items are made especially for you. So you cannot return them, except in case of manufacturing defects.
