These products come with a 12-month warranty. If the product is not right or you are not satisfied, we will solve it for you.
How does the discount work based on product status?
After going through the assessment, each product receives an A, B, C, or D status. This status will determine the amount of the discount it receives. The levels are as follows:
- A - 100% intact - packaging and article are undamaged and unopened.
- B - Only missing or damaged packaging.
- C - Minor damage, such as a small dent, scratch, printing error, and end-of-life.
- D - Visible damage, such as a big dent or scratch.
How long is the warranty on items in the ZÜCA Outlet?
A 12-month warranty applies to the Outlet Deals. This offer means that you are entitled to a good product for at least 12 months.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase in the ZÜCA Outlet?
At ZÜCA Europe, you can return your product within 14 days, as well as your Outlet Deal. The product must be in the same condition when you received it, including the supplied (original) packaging. We will check each item upon return in the same way as before it was offered, including taking photos. An item delivered to you with an indicated "small scratch on the right side" is not considered additional damage, and you will be refunded the full amount. But if you return the item with extra damage, for example, a different "small dent on the front" that was not there before? Then you will only receive a part of the purchase amount back.
Can I exchange an item purchased in the ZÜCA Outlet?
Our Outlet Deals are all unique, even for products of the same type. For example, one item may be in new condition, and the other may have a scratch, or it may be missing the packaging. It is, therefore, not possible to make an exchange on an Outlet Deal.
Do actions and promotions also apply to Outlet Deals?
