What is the warranty policy of ZÜCA Europe?

We guarantee that our products are free from defects of material and workmanship in case of normal use during the applicable warranty period. Warranties are not applicable to normal wear due to usage, accidental damage, incorrect use or accidents, applied changes.

Warranty is only applicable for the original buyer.

Is my warranty valid if I personalize my ZÜCA?

We want you to have fun with your ZÜCA so please make adjustments to the frame or bag. Do not forget, however, that certain changes to the frame or bag may render invalid the warranty for the product.

My ZÜCA is defective. What can I do?

If you have a defect on your ZÜCA, you can do one of two things:

If you notice the zipper does not function well any longer, this does not mean it is defective. Our zippers are self-repairing. Let the zippers run up and down until the teeth of the zippers are aligned and the sides connect. After the sides have locked in with each other, the zipper has recovered.

Where can I order my ZÜCA?

We have authorized retailers throughout Europe. For more information, we are happy to refer to the menu Store Locator on our homepage. You can also place your order on-line on www.zuca-europe.com.

Do I always have to pay VAT and shipping costs?

All products are inclusive of VAT. 

In case an order is placed by a company outside the Netherlands, but inside the EU, with a valid VAT number, the VAT is automatically transformed to 0%. Take note, thereby, that this only applies for countries the product is shipped to, so the ‘shipping’ country must fall within the EU and a valid VAT number must be available.

Shipping costs depend on the country and the value of the order. Rates become visible during payment. You can also find more information concerning under Shipments & Costs.

When is my ZÜCA shipped and how long does it take?

Orders are sent within 1 – 2 business days from our warehouse in the Netherlands after you have placed an order and we have a payment authorization. If our order is placed after 12 o’clock and it is authorized, it is shipped the next day.

Depending on the country of destination, your order is delivered within 1-5 business days. Business days are Mondays – Fridays, with the exception of holidays.

Deliveries take place on business days, from Mondays to Fridays, Holidays excepted. The number of days your order is on the road depends on the country of delivery. 

Shipments within Europe are usually delivered at the place of destination after 1 to 4 business days.

How can I follow my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail notification including tracking information. Keep your e-mail available until you have received your parcel. Shipping conformations by e-mail may be marked as spam – control your spam folder.

What do I receive with my order?

ZÜCA has various models which fit in with your style. Some are assembled, and others require some assembly.

  • The ZÜCA Flyer is a composite item. The unit is inclusive of a protective sleeve and pouches. You can download a copy of the Flyer-packaging tips for your Flyer Travel here 
  • The ZÜCA Pro is a composite item. The unit is inclusive of a protective sleeve and pouches. You can download a copy of the Flyer-packaging tips for your Pro Travel here
  • The ZÜCA Skipper is a small business trolley which comes equipped with a divider to organize your belongings.
  • The ZÜCA Sport frame and Sport bag is sold separately. You can get the manual for a frustration-free assembly here.
  • The ZÜCA Frame and bag which are used for the transport of small pets are sold separately. You can get the manual for a frustration-free assembly here.
  • The ZÜCA All-Terrain Cart is a composite item.
  • The ZÜCA Disc Golf Cart is a composite item, including a disc golf rack and accessory bag.
  • The ZÜCA Disc Golf Cart Compact is a composite item, including a mini-pouch duo.
  • The ZÜCA Backpack Cart is composite item which is suitable for (back-)packs of various sizes and brands. 

What is the difference between the various models?

ZÜCA has a variety which can be used for different purposes.

  • The ZÜCA Flyer and ZÜCA Pro meet the standards for dimensions of hand luggage which are stipulated by IATA (aviation sector association). Most air carriers apply this rule, though there are variations in l*w*h/dimensions. On the back of your ticket, the exact conditions of the relevant carrier are stated. 
  • The ZÜCA Skipper fits perfectly underneath airplane seats.
  • The ZÜCA Sport is a perfect trolley for daily activities. The two extra wheels provide extra comfort when climbing stairs and/or curbstones.
  • The ZÜCA Sport for animals is an ideal trolley to transport your hairy friend up to a weight of 7 kg.
  • The ZÜCA All-Terrain carries your equipment for outdoor and off-road activities without the slightest difficulty.
  • For discgolfers, the ZÜCA Disc Golf trolley offers everything you need on the discgolf course; take a moment’s rest by resting on the built-in seat.
  • For discgolf players and outdoor adventurers, the ZÜCA Backpack Cart and ZÜCA Backpack LG into your bag or your backpack into a trolley which can be used on a discgolf course or any other outdoor area.
  • The ZÜCA Compact Discgolf Cart is perfect for ladies, youngsters, or anyone who needs fewer discgolf discs.

Is the ZÜCA bag water-tight?

The material of the bag is coated with two layers of polyurethane, so that it has a water-repellent effect, but it is not water-tight. In case of a light rain shower, the drops of water roll off the bag. In case of heavier rain, however, the bag will ultimately become soaking wet. ZÜCA has rain sleeves available for the ZÜCA Sport, All-Terrain, and Disc Golf models. 

Soap, detergents and sunlight can have an effect on the water-repellent function. The coating on the ZÜCA bag is well resistant against soap, most household detergents and sunlight. 

How do I clean my ZÜCA?

Clean the ZÜCA frames with a sponge or soft cloth and a mild detergent. Scrub softly, rinse and wipe until dry. We have two different frame finishes. The Sport-model is "powder-coated", which results in a non-toxic finishing, more durable than paint. The use of abrasive detergents, steel wool or SOS-pads can damage the finishing and we, therefore, don’t advise the use thereof.

Clean the ZÜCA bags with a cloth/brush and a mild detergent. Rinse and leave to dry in the air. The bags can be removed from their frame before cleaning. We advise to leave the ZÜCA bag inside its frame, so the shape is preserved.

My flashing wheels are not working, what can I do?

ZÜCA offers a black Sport Frame the wheels of which do not light up when they are spinning. If you have a Sport Frame, non-flashing wheels can be purchased separately. For additional information, go to the page with Replacement Parts.

Wheels on the ZÜCA Pro and ZÜCA Flyer are not fluorescent. Fluorescent wheels can be purchased separately. For more information, please go to the page with Replacement Parts.

Where can I find a valid promotional code?

Promotional actions are announced through our social media channels (twitter, Facebook, Instagram). We also offer special promotion through our newsletter. You can register for these at the bottom of our homepage.

All promotions on ZUCA-EUROPE.COM and the social media channel apply exclusively to purchases through ZÜCA Europe. They are not applicable to authorized retailers.

How do I use my promotion code?

With a promotion code, you're able to get a discount when you purchase products through our online store. 

Here's how to claim your discount: 

  1. Pick a product (one that's applicable for a promotion code discount) from our online store.
  2. Go to your shopping bag by clicking the ‘proceed to checkout' button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Enter promo code at “Discount Code”  
  4. Type your promotion code into the field and hit ‘Apply'. 

Keep in mind the promotion code:
